5 Internet Marketing Resolutions To Start You Right in the New Year

businessman-573024_640Happy New Year!!! With a new year comes new resolutions, people want to lose weight that they have ended up piling on over the holidays, quit smoking, save money or make more money.

Here are 5 New Year Marketing Strategies you can start and keep up with throughout the year!!!

  1. More Marketing Email

Start sending more marketing emails out to your subscribers. This is the most simplest and effective way to build relationships, increase traffic and revenue to your business.  This is the core of your business yet it is surprisingly overlooked. If you are emailing your subscribers once a week or when there is a promotion of a product on, then that is not enough you need to be in regular contact with them, giving them valuable, fresh, digestible content. And if you don’t have a list then start building one!!!

  1. Optimize Your Websites for Mobile Devices

This is a must!!! With more and more people going mobile and sales surpassing PC’s it’s not enough for your website to “okay” on mobile devices. It needs to be an experience that is customized for the way that people use those devices.

  1. Create More Content

Add more content to your website / blog. I have been on many blogs recently and they have not been updates for months. Don’t let your website or blog collect dust. Always add new content once a week. One of the most important factors that Google takes into account when determining SEO rankings is the frequency of fresh, relevant, unique content being added to your site. Keeping this resolution up will rank highly with Google.

  1. Be Social

Social Media can take your business to the next level. Make sure you and your business are connected to the major Social Media sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google +.

  1. Test Your Results

Whenever you make a change in your business make sure you measure your results. Make sure you split test your sites and measure the performances.  Then tweak, tweak and perfect. Trying new things inevitably creates obstacles, but see them through and don’t give up because you will rewarded in the long run.

Where ever you are in your online business make sure you stick to your resolutions, I don’t want to pretend that all of my resolutions apply to everyone. So what are yours I will love to read about them in the comments below. 🙂

    Hi Tasleem,

It’s nice to have these lists to start our year and make it as our guide to scale what our goals may be to the next level.

A great one for me too, LOL.

    Happy New Year to you.

    Regards,
    Hilbert

/ Thanks for the new things you have unvieled in your blog post. One thing I’d prefer to reply to is that FSBO interactions are built after a while. By launching yourself to owners the first few days their FSBO can be announced, ahead of masses begin calling on Friday, you generate a good interconnection. By giving them resources, educational supplies, free records, and forms, you become an ally. By taking a personal curiosity about them and also their problem, you generate a solid network that, most of the time, pays off once the owners opt with a real estate agent they know along with trust preferably you actually.
